I stayed here just for one night, but my stay was pretty enjoyable. My room was small, but it didn't look and feel small. And it was pretty cosy and new. There's everything you need in the room: a fridge, a kettle, a microwave oven, even a washing machine! You could live there! The staff is very friendly and English-speaking. Highly recommend this place

There are many Japanese shops in the area, but there are also many Vietnamese restaurants such as Bia Hoi. Cleaning is done daily and the price is reasonable. The hot water comes out well, but it becomes lukewarm when filled in the bathtub. The shower is fine. I thought that 4,500 yen per night with breakfast included was a very good price.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The cleaning is also excellent. The water pressure in the shower is a little weak, but overall it's great.
The AC do not have heat and we experience a really cold night there. However, the staff are nice and the room is clean. Hot water is not enough for the bathtub so do not fill it or else you will not have water to shower.
